This is an effective type of therapy for a wide range of issues and is the primary reason for its popularity. I use a variety of creative strategies to help clients move toward more satisfying thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
My philosophy for counseling is simple. I believe that people who come to me for help already have the answers to their own issues – they just need guidance to find those answers. I see my role as helping clients raise their level of self-awareness regarding current life choices.
